In Loving Memory of Lillie Mae Braxton
Lillie Mae was born in Paris Texas to Leroy and Pearl May Kelley on April 25, 1921. She had one sibling, an older brother Charles B. Kelley. On March 2, 1934 Lillie Mae and Benny Braxton gave birth to their only Child, June Rose Belton. Lillie Mae and Benny Braxton wed on November 18, 1942.In 1943 Lillie Mae, her husband Benny and daughter June moved to Monterey, California where Benny was stationed in the Army. After his discharge the family of three moved to Sacramento, California where she has lived and called home. Her parents, brother, husband and daughter preceded her in death. She leaves to mourn her passing six grandchildren Wanda Burleson, Vincent Belton, Kenny Belton, Deborah Belton-Davis, Willie Belton Jr. III, Daniel Belton and a host of great grandchildren and great great grandchldren and great great great grandchildren.
