Leroy is survived by his wife of 46 years, Leda Sparks Magness, son Scott F. Magness, siblings Vickie Kephart, Marvin Magness, Elizabeth Haunstien and Samuel Magness. Leroy is also survived by his granddaughters Amy Rose and Effie Mae.
