Kathleen Sue Clemons was born on June 5th, 1950 in Glendale, California to Donald and Edna Carpenter. She passed away unexpectedly on January 18th, 2021 in Sacramento, California. She leaves behind her life partner, Walt Heiges, her sons Daniel and Patrick, and many friends and family members who will miss her very much. A private service is being planned at a later date.
