Katherine Harris' Obituary
HARRIS, KATHERINEEntered into rest Tuesday, September 28, 2004 at the age of 100. A native of Bowbells, North Dakota born on a Sunday, August 14, 1904 and a Sacramento area resident for the past 84 years. Devoted mother of Larry Harris & his wife, Kathy and Marilyn Bell. Loving grandmother of Scott (Jill) Bell and Chad Harris. Also survived by sisters-in-law, Noma Gerolamy and Neala Gerolamy with several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Harris in 1979; both parents, Roy and Mary (Hurly) Gerolamy; brothers, Conrad and Wayne Gerolamy; sisters, Ethel Gerolamy and Irene Martin. She was a faithful member of Westminster Presbyterian Church. Also a long-time member of the order of Eastern Star and involved with Rainbow For Girls. She worked for the Folsom Justice Court for 20 years. She never complained about anything in her life, and never had a bad word to say about anyone. The family invites you to attend a visitation 4:00-8:00pm Thurs., September 30 and a funeral service 10:00am Fri., October 1 at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes, 4701 Marysville Blvd, Sacto., CA 922-5833. Interment to follow at Sunset Lawn Memorial Park.
