John Karl Schoppe
1969-2019
Loving son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. John Karl Schoppe was born in Sacramento, CA on October 22, 1969. He died unexpectedly on Sunday, November 17th 2019 at the young age of 50. John worked at Taiga Forest Products as a forklift driver for the last 13 years. In his spare time he loved hanging out with and helping family and friends, watching comedy, racing, AMA fights and his 49ers. He also loved collecting knives, flashlights, watches and other gadgets. John was preceded in death by his infant brother Steven James and his father Walter Ray Schoppe. He is survived by his mother Dorothy Schoope (Scott), sister Carol Stone and her husband Troy, brother Michael Schoppe, niece Melanie Silva and her husband Aaron, nephew Michael Schoppe Jr and his wife Alanah, nephew Andrew Schoppe, two great nephews and two great nieces, grandfather Arnold (bud) Scott, his e wife Jayme Adey, as well as multiple cousins, aunts, uncles and many friends. A memorial celebration will be held at Sunset Lawn- Chapel of the Chimes in Sacramento, CA on Monday, November 25th. Viewing will be held between 10am-12pm with funeral services being held at 1 pm.
