MARTIN SR., JOHN DOUGLAS Entered into rest June 13, 2003 in Sacramento at age 74 years. Born May 24, 1929 in Ozark, OK. Survived by his beloved wife of 15 years Delilah, loving father to Phyllis, Barbara, Brenda, Glenda, John, Douglas, Mary, Charlotte, and Tiffany, brother to Bea and Reba. Also survived by 31 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. He was owner of Doug Martin Cars which was established in 1992, and was left to his son John D. Martin Jr. to carry on the tradition. Friends are invited to a visitation on Wednesday, June 18, 2003 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM and Funeral Services on Thursday, June 19, 2003 at 2:00 PM at SUNSET LAWN CHAPEL OF THE CHIMES 4701 Marysville Blvd., Sacramento (922-5833) Burial will follow in Sunset Lawn Memorial Park.
