John Humphrey Davis' Obituary
John “DL” Davis III peacefully passed on February 10, 2015 in Sacramento, CA at the age of 52. He is survived by his Fiancé Teresa Thompson; children Manyuan Davis, John Davis IV, Kulah Davis, Fatumah Davis and Monica Thompson; his parents Glenn & Luvenia Holmes; his siblings Stephen Davis, Shera Holmes, Sheila Holmes, Terrie Keely, Cynthia Crawford, Verneyl Walton, Selene Lyons, Angela Holmes, Lawanda Belton, Vernon Belton Jr. and his children’s mother Miatu Davis. He is preceded in death by his father John Davis II, Vernon Belton and Grandson Lorenzo Tshiams. Visitation will be Friday, February 20, 2015 from 4:00 – 8:00pm, at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes, 4701 Marysville Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95838. Services will be Saturday, February 21, 2015 12:00 pm, at Jubilare Evangelistic Ministries located at 1505 Sports Dr. Sacramento, CA 95834. With aching hearts and our hands raised we thank God for sharing DL with us.
