WHITE, JOE SAMUEL Jr, entered into rest Monday, August 18, 2003 age 83. A native of Mobile, Alabama born Thursday, January 22, 1920 and a resident of Sacramento for 36 years. Beloved husband for 46 years to Emma Jean White. Loving father of Lee-Mary, David, Sheila, Eddie and Alex White. Dear brother of Charles White. Also survived by 19 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. The family invites you to attend a visitation 4:00 to 8:00pm on Monday, August 25, 2003 at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes 4701 Marysville Blvd. Sacto., Ca. and a funeral service 11:00am Tuesday, August 26, 2003 at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church 3407 Altos Ave. Sacto., CA. Interment to follow at Sunset Lawn Memorial Park.
