Joan Rehberg was born in Henryetta, Oklahoma on March 20, 1932 - the first day of Spring.
She passed away in Lynden, Washington on December 25, 2021 - The cherished day of Christmas.
Joan spent most of her life in the Sacramento Region.
She embraced the challenges in times of trouble, and eagerly enjoyed the good times.
