Passed away in North Highlands, California on January 5, 2017
Jerry is the son of Deverle Fowler and Evelyn Weise.
He leaves behind his amazing best friend & caregiver Barbara Jappart;
two sisters, Donna and Sandy; a son and two beautiful daughters; Nicole and Rachel;
four handsome Grandboys, Trey, Elias, Brett and Joaquin;
Nieces and Nephews, and many wonderful close friends and family.
