James D. Leonard Jr. was born in Louisiana on April 7th, 1956 to James and Clara Leonard. He passed away in Carmichael, California on December 5th, 2018. He will be sorely missed by his many friends and associates. A memorial service for Mr. Leonard will be held on Friday, January 4th, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes.
