James Charland Hall was born in Inglewood, California on November 13th, 1935. He passed away in Grass Valley, California on February 13th, 2021. Mr. Hall worked as a minister for 66 years alongside his wife of nearly 63 years, Crystal Hall. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard and Frances McKay. He is survived by his wife, Crystal, as well as many family members and friends who will miss him very much. No services are planned at this time.
