Dear Nita and Family, We just returned from a Hawaiian trip to learn of your Mom's passing–our deepest sympathy. We loved Irene, she was a wonderful person who always had a smile and warm hug for everyone. We will miss exchanging Christmas cards and telephone calls with her. Itâ??s no secret, how much my Grandma means to me;And today sheâ??s turning 93!Sheâ??s as beautiful today as she was in her youth;Lovely and smartâ?¦. Thatâ??s the truth.More delicate and fragile with each day that passes by;To say Iâ??d be ok without her,Would be nothing but a lie.Sometimes I watch her as she stares at pictures past; while she wonders if God is really saving her for last.Four Generations so far, have grown from her seeds,With roots intertwined from Maggards and ReedsIt was planted upon a hill of good deeds,Where she tended to all of its wants and its needs.The limbs on that tree have branched outfrom East to West;From Missouri all the way to California,Putting distance to the test.Her Legacy will carry on for Generations to come, Bearing world class fruit, rated 2nd to none.Thank You, Grandma for everything you have given to your Family.
