Howard passed away peacefully at his residence on February 13, 2018. Family and friends are invited to attend funeral services on Friday, March 2, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes. Interment to follow at Sunset Lawn Memorial Park.
