Hezekaiah "Hezzy" Mauricio's Obituary
Our beloved son, Hezekiah King Mauricio, passed away at just two months old, leaving behind a lifetime of love in the short time he was with us. Lovingly known as Hezzy, Hezzy Baby, King, and Gummy Bear, he was the light of our lives and brought happiness to everyone who met him. Though his time on earth was brief, he filled every day with precious moments that will be cherished forever. From the very beginning, Hezekiah showed us how strong and determined he was. He was already lifting his head, rolling onto his back during tummy time, and trying so hard to explore the world around him. He loved being held close to his mommy’s chest, receiving kisses, listening to mommy's lullabies, and finding comfort in the arms of those who loved him. He had a special gift for making everyone feel connected to him. No matter who held him, he would peacefully settle into their arms as if he already knew he was safe and loved. His sweet expressions, funny little noises, and beautiful smile brought endless joy to our family. Hezekiah was more than our son. He was our greatest blessing, our answered prayer, and a love beyond words. Although we did not get the lifetime we dreamed of with him, we will forever treasure every moment we were given. His tiny footprints have left an everlasting mark on our hearts, and his memory will live on through the love he shared with all of us. He will always be our precious baby boy, deeply loved, deeply missed, and forever remembered.
