Herb passed away unexpectedly yet, peacefully on May 16, 2015, at his home, Canterbury House Assisted Living in Sacramento, CA. He was born in Neely, AK and moved to Sacramento, CA in the early 1950’s.

He loved the Lord and going to church. He loved preaching and reading the bible. He had been the Assistant Pastor, Adult Sunday School teacher and Deacon at the Friendly Tabernacle Pentecostal Church of God in Rio Linda, CA. He loved his family and family reunions. He always loved telling stories of growing up with his brothers and sisters in AK. His memory was vivid and colorful and humorous.
He will be deeply missed by everyone who’s heart he touched.
In the words of my father, “I Love You All Very Much”.
The family would like to thank the Canterbury House Assisted Living Facility for all their love, trust and care.
