Helen graduated from Sacramento High in 1960, and worked for McClellan Air Force Base for 35 years. She was a member of the Sacramento Citadel Salvation Army since the age of 12 years old.
She is survived by her daughter Helen, granddaughter Sarah (Daniel), grandson Jacob, sister Lillian Proulx, brother James Blair (Debbie) and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceeded in death by her husband Robert, son James, parents Helen and James Blair, sisters Betty Warman, Louise Blair, Margie Calderman, June Saunders, and niece Carol Austin, mother and father-in-law Fulton and Ida Graham.
