Hazel Joyce Corbin's Obituary
Hazel Joyce (Skipper) Corbin passed away at her home in Sacramento, CA on Thursday, September 22nd, 2016. Services will be held on Saturday, October 8th, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Following the memorial, a repast will be held. Hazel retired from McClellan AFB as a Federal civil servant after twenty-five years. Hazel was preceded in death by her parents Johnnie and Bessie Skipper, her sister Eartha Skipper and her son Oren Corbin III. She is survived by her former husband Oren Corbin Jr., children Charnette (Michael), Aaron and Yvonne, and her brother Woody (Beverly) Skipper. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Hazel enjoyed bowling weekly with her team, shopping and spending time with her family and friends. All events will take place at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes, 4701 Marysville Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95838.
