CLARK, HAZEL LEE, entered into rest Tue. Oct. 8, 2002 age 65. Precious mother of Denise, Darryl and Carey Gram. Also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren and a host of family and friends. She is preceded in death by both parents and a granddaughter. The family invites you to attend a visitation 4:00 to 8:00 pm Mon. Oct. 14, 2002 at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes 4701 Marysville Blvd. Sacto., Ca. And a funeral service 1:00 pm Tues. Oct. 15, 2002 at House of Jacob 1417 Vinci Ave. Sacto., Ca.. Interment will follow at Sunset Lawn Memorial Park.
