Great story. Heard it on the way in today. This is prtety concerning. It would seem that Rep. Stephens is being swayed by PACs to flop on the issue. It is especially interesting to learn that the Chamber of Commerce and the very conservative business groups are in favor of exchanges (not that it was a surprise if you actually learn what the exchanges do for businesses).
