Harriet Dolores Howell was born in Williston, North Dakota on September 18th, 1928. She passed away in Sacramento, California on November 14th, 2018. A viewing will be held the morning of Friday, November 30th, 2018 from 9 am to 1 pm at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes, 4701 Marysville Blvd, Sacramento. Funeral service will follow at 1:00, committal service after, and services will conclude with a reception at Peace Lutheran Church, 924 San Juan Rd, Sacramento, CA 95834.
