Jan Webb
My late husband, Dion Webb, and I worked on the campaigns for City Council and County Supervisor. My fondest memory of that time was the night we all worked late at HQ. Brother Alan Rowe led us all in singing old Motown songs as we stuffed envelopes or whatever paperwork we were doing. It was grassroots campaigning and it was a wonderful, optimistic time. As our councilman Grantland brought much-needed services to our under-served district. His knowledge of the issues, ability to negotiate and tenacity got the job done. We will benefit from his legacy for many years to come. Jan Webb
