Geraldine Mae (Metcalf) Maybie entered into rest August 30, 2012 in Sacramento, CA at the age of 88. Born May 24, 1924 a native of Montrose, Colorado. She is survived by her children James Patrick Maybie (Shirley Maybie), Michael Maybie (Tammy Maybie), Mary Boruff (Michael Boruff), Susan Milazzo (Daniel Milazzo). She is also survived by her grandchildren Shannon Maybie Bleeker, Joshua Branham (Kaylee Oswald), Amanda Branham, Sean Maybie, Robert Maybie and Dylan DeMars; Great-grandchildren Kevin Bleeker and Jackson Branham. Geraldine is preceded in death by Robert Burton Maybie (husband, married 39 years), Fred Vincent Metcalf and Dora Lyle Thompson (parents); Diane Copeland, Ted Metcalf, Sue Shuster and Hazel Shaw (siblings). She was a member of Daughters of Holy Spirit and Ladies Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 8762.
