Dad loved to go camping fishing and gold panning with my uncle Amando. I remember the last panning trip we went on dad had a hard time walking up and down the trail but he worked hard. He would do the digging and classifying. And I would do the panning and sluicing. Obviously we didn’t get rich but we made some memories. I’m going to miss that very much.
