Flora Yvonne Garner's Obituary
Flora Yvonne Garner was born on September 14, 1945 in Mobile, Alabama to Otis and Inez Gaddis. Flora passed away on October 31, 2022 in Sacramento, California.
Flora is preceded in death by her parents, Otis and Inez Gaddis, and her beloved son Raphael Garner Sr.
She is survived by her brothers, Otis Gaddis Jr., Alfred Gaddis; nieces and nephews; daughter-in-law Lyndale Garner and her grandchildren Raphael Jr, Lemuel, Moriah, and Jasmine; among longtime friends- Christine, DeeDee, and Evelyn.
Flora received a Bachelors Degree from Sacramento State and holds many, many years of service at the Department of Veterans Affairs. For pleasure, Flora spent much time in her garden, growing beautiful flowers, and baking treats for her loved ones.
Flora will be missed with abundance, but will always hold a special place in the hearts of her friends and family.
