Esperanza Corona Garcia's Obituary
Esperanza C Garcia (Hope) passed away peacefully on July 3, being reunited with the love of her life” Joseph”. Esperanza C Garcia was born on August 18, 1928 to Anselmo and Ramona Corona. She was one of 8 girls and she had one brother. She is preceded in death by her daughter Delores Garcia Semon and her husband of 64 years Joseph M Garcia. She is survived by her Son Gregory J Garcia his wife Eleanor. Her Grandson Isaac and Wife Ami. Grandson Jonathan and wife Krystal, Granddaughter Andrea and her husband Joshua Ford. She had 12 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Grandson with another due in December. She is also survived by her sisters Vera Amaya, Ramona Garcia, Victoria Alvarez and Eloise Camarillo. She had numerous nieces, nephews and friends whom she also loved dearly. Esperanza (Hope) had a full life raising her two children and also worked seasonal for Bercut-Richards Cannery. She was a very devoted wife and mother. It was said that she kept her children so clean that the cousins were afraid to play with them because they might get them dirty. She was very independent and liked to do everything on her own. She also loved Jesus and would tell anyone who would listen, to “Trust in Jesus”. She was a generous woman who enjoyed giving to a variety of charities. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed. The family welcomes those who would like to celebrate her life with a memorial service at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes on Wednesday July 14th at 10 am. There will also be a viewing on July 13th from 3 pm to 6 pm.
