Douglas Michael Sullivan's Obituary
Douglas Michael Sullivan
On December 1st, Doug Sullivan joined the love of his life, Fredy Sullivan in heaven. His battle with COPD had ended.
Doug was born November 5, 1951 in Antioch, CA. He was a graduate of the Class of 1969 at Antioch High School in Antioch, CA. On October 8, 1972, he married Fredy in Concord and a few years later, they moved to Sacramento, where they shared 43 years of marriage. Doug is survived by his cherished daughters, Marija (Dan) Cerelli and Meghan Sullivan. He was the proud Bumpa of Sophia, Leilani and Evelyn. He was also very lucky to have so many friends that were more like family. Doug’s love of his family was beyond compare.
Doug began his work career at Toys R Us at Arden Fair Mall when they first moved to Sacramento. He worked at Cal West Insurance and then went on to have 30+ year career as a Service Advisor in the Automotive Industry.
The family would like to take this time to thank everyone for their love and support over these last years. It was amazing to see how much Doug and Fredy were loved by all and for that we are forever grateful.
While Doug requested no services, we’re still debating to listen and possibly have a Celebration of Life at a later date.
