Dorothy Lipson, age 95, of Raleigh, NC. Died peacefully on July 28, 2021 surrounded by her family and caregiver. Born December 6, 1925 in Chicago, IL as the middle daughter to Ernest and Fannie Tobler. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Clifford H. Lipson; her sisters Ryna Kanarek (Harry) and Maxine Dunbar (James H.) She is survived by her sons Alan Lipson (Janice) of Raleigh, NC and Samuel Lipson (Sabiha Gokcen) of Martinez, CA; and grandchildren Caroline Lipson, Oren Lipson-Gokcen and Ethan Lipson-Gokcen (Corinne Rezentes).
Services will be held at Sunset Lawn Memorial Park on Monday, August 9th at 10:00AM. Donations may be made to The Parkinson’s Foundation or Temple Beth Or, Raleigh, NC.
