Doris Holbrook's Obituary
HOLBROOK, DORIS JUNE entered into rest March 1, 2006 inCitrus Heights, CA , at the age of 81. Born June 2, 1924 a native ofMitchell, Nebraska . She is survived by her daughter Janice Lord, her siblings Macie Cary and Juanita Cox.Doris is also survived by her granddaughter Fawna Lord, numerous nieces and nephews and beloved family members. She is preceded in death by her husband Leroy Holbrook, sisters Deloris Leighty-Brossard and Wanda Myers. Doris was a member ofArcadeWesleyanChurch and a long term member of Antelope Grange #161. The family invites friends to attend a memorial service Saturday, March 11, 2006 at 11:00am at Arcade Wesleyan Church, 3532 Whitney Ave., Sacramento. A private graveside will be held. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her honor to Arcade Wesleyan Church, American Lung Association or Union Gospel Mission of Sacramento. Arrangements entrusted to Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes.
