WALKER, DORA MAE entered into rest in Sacramento February 17, 2003. Age 72 years. Born February 22, 1930 in Wichita Falls, Texas. Loving mother to Vernon Walker, Florene Parker, Lorene Smith, Roy Lee Walker, Marvin Walker, Linell Walker, Ronald Walker, Bennie Lee Walker, and Carvenia Walker. Also survived by 5 sisters, Alice Mae Redmond, Darlene Benjamin, Lucielle Davis, Doretha Gray, and Debra Bownes, 4 brothers, Reggie Worthan, Andrew Jackson, Robert Lee Blue, and Alfonso McAfee. Preceded in death by her loving husband of 45 years Leroy Walker, her mother Alice Mae Thomas, and a brother James Blue. Friends are invited to a visitation on Monday, February 24 from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. and Funeral Services at 3:00 P.M. at the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church 3407 Altos Ave, Sacramento. Burial will be private in Sunset Lawn Memorial Park, Sacramento. Arrangements were cared for by Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes, Sacramento (922-5833).
