Dexter Jay Beaver's Obituary
Dexter Jay Beaver died peacefully on May 26, 2012 at the age of 76 after a courageous but short battle with cancer. He was surrounded by many loved ones at the time of death. He was born in Arkansas and moved to California as a small child. He worked for Safeway Stores at its Distribution Center for 26 years before retiring. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Evelyn. Also surviving Dexter are his 3 children Patricia Terrell, Martin Beaver and Shawn Beaver. He has numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren all of whom will miss him dearly. In addition, sisters Kathy Brown and Wanda Wright and brothers Don and Hubert survived Dexter. Preceeding him in death are parents John and Velma Beaver and brother Jerry. All who knew Dexter will miss him terribly.A Celebration of Dexter’s life will take place on June 1, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Terrell residence located at 5731 Gold Leaf Lane, Placerville, CA 95667. All are welcome to attend.
