Chavarria, Delia's Obituary
Delia Chavarria of Sacramento, a force of nature who lived her life on her own terms, completed her earthly journey and passed away peacefully on August 16,2025.
Delia was the fearless firecracker of the family, a woman whose inner strength was unmatched and whose vibrant energy left an indelible mark on all who knew her.
Though she was a force not to be messed with, her one great weakness was her unexpected and memorable fear of grass, a phobia that created many funny family memories and added a unique dynamic to every outing.
Delia's memory will be cherished by her four children, Freddy, Michael, Christopher, and Christina, along with her 15 grandchildren: Eli, Breanna, Aubree, Freddy Jr, Jessie, Cody, Brooklyn, Chloe, Camry, Colton, Pedro, Michael, Alex, Angelo, Analisa. and 3 great-grandchildren. Delia was a housewife for 47 years to her husband, Fred Parker. She was preceded in death by her parents, Emilio and Maria Chavarria, and her siblings, Oralia, Delilah, Mary, Blanca, and Eddie. But above all, it was her spunkiness, her vibrant energy, and her unwavering presence that will be missed most deeply.
