I went to high school with Dawnette…instead of gym, we had jazz dance…She was the good one in our crowd….we couldn't even talk her into skipping just one class with us…we all still had a lot of good times back then. Then I moved out here to del Paso heights about nine years ago, and the first day out here, I ran into Dawnette by the thrift store. She still looked the same…and was still just as compassionate as in high school…much love and prayers to her family…
Dawnette and i met back in 2006,she had a heart of gold.always kept it 100 no matter what.she always tried to keep it positive and always helped anyone and everbody.lots of memories we have together,that i will always have.she was always someone i looked up to,for advice..and i always respected.she also was tough and independent and taught me alot in that aspect as well.im happy to have known her and be able to experience a true freindship.not only she was a great freind,she was a wonderful mother,grandmother and over all beautiful soul.rip dawnette godbless you,always vika

Dawnette and went thru a lot together we had a lot of good times but the best time was when it was just her and I sitting and talking about life our children ,grand children siblings, she was so proud of her sons and how they were doing her grand daughters were her pride and joy. D had a heart of gold she always help anyone that ask her if she was able to she was loved by all that knew her, I couldn't of ask for a better best friend or roommate and she well be forever in my heart. ALWAYS LOVED NEVER FORGOTTON
