I didn't know David as an adult. But I remember him as a child from our 4th of July parties at Millie's and Henry's. David was a fun kid. He was energetic and good natured. He was five years younger than me so at that age we didn't interact all that much. But I remember that he was very athletic. He could run fast and he was quite impressive with the horseshoes for his age. He could toss them maybe not as far but more accurately than I could. For his size and age I was quite impressed.with both his strength and accuracy. I imagine that his personality and abilities carried over into his adult life. It's sad to hear that he is no longer here. He must have been a blessing to those around him.I regret not being able to make the service. But know that my thoughts are with you.Alvin Ludtke
