Clarence (Larry) Dean Cox
May 20th, 1934 – July 2nd, 2022
Larry Cox of Sacramento, CA passed away on July 2nd, 2022 at the age of 88 with his loving wife of 69 years by his side. He is survived by his wife Julia Cox; son Kevin Cox; daughters Kim (Phil) Gutierrez, Kristy Cox, and Korinne (Terry) Ray; grandchildren Randie (Robert) Lewis and Bradley Ray; great-grandchildren Grace and Daniel Lewis.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Lillie Cox, and brother Curtis Cox.
Larry grew up in Madison, South Dakota. He and Julia moved to Sacramento, CA in 1954.
Larry retired from McClellan Air Force Base after 42 years of working as a civilian for the DOD.
Larry enjoyed camping, traveling and spending time with family.
Viewing and Funeral service is for immediate family only at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes, 4701 Marysville Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95838. Celebration of life will be the following day by invite only.
