I miss you Ms. Nelson so much, and I will continue to watch over Raymond for you. Love always, Kimberly
I remember how Aunt Clara Ruth would come to Oakland, California from Sacramento, California to visit my Mom, Canary Bell (deceased) and us kids every summer with her daughter, Teressa (now Teressa Moore). I am Elsie Wiley, formerly, Elsie Bell, one of the three girls that were born from the union of Howard Bell and Canary Bell. My other two siblings are Mary Bell and Ruth Bell. Howard Bell (my father) is resting in peace at Sunset Lawn and Canary Bell is resting in peace at Sunset View in El Cerrito, California alongside her brother, Rev. A. C. Love: yet Rev. A. C. Love's last wife, Elizabeth Love, one of Clara Ruth's sisters, is resting with my Dad and other family members in Sunset Lawn where Clara Ruth will soon join them. The fondest memory I have of my Aunt Clara Ruth is that when she would visit my Mom and us kids, she would assist my Mom with cooking. We kids did not like to eat our vegetables. However, Aunt Clara Ruth would put sugar in the vegetables while cooking, especially my Mom's summer squash. Needless to say, we all ate our vegetables. You are going to be missed Aunt Clara and my prayers, my hope, my wish is that we will all continue to do our best in life to achieve our goals, maintain harmony and peace, as well as hold up "the blood stained banner."Always loved, and never forgotten…Clara Ruth…Elsie Wiley and Family
A lovely woman. We had good times together. The last time was lunch at Panera Bread with her son, Caesar. God watch over her. Marilyn R. Macias
