Christopher Lejon Montoya,
Passed from this life April 19, 2020
He was born May 11, 1968 in Carmichael, Ca. and with the exception of five years in Idaho, he was a resident of Sacramento for the major part of his life.
Christopher was presided in death by his Father Albert J Montoya
He is survived by his Mother, Louella Lyles (Montoya), His Step father Jay Lyles, his much loved soul mate Christine Jones, his three daughters, Nicole (troll), Monique (Mojo) and Mariah (Tuna Buna), also his grandchildren, Boogie and Avaiah, along with many cousins and his beloved Aunt Josie, Uncle George and Uncle Jerry.
He is also survived by his Step Sisters Sandri, Loretta, Sonja and Step Brother Patrick.
Christopher and loved competitive sports like wrestling and basketball, and pheasant hunting.
Upon completion of High School, he volunteered for a tour in the Army after which he re-enlisted in the Marines for a tour, during which he served during the far East conflict. He was very proud of being a Marine and spoke of them with great pride. He was discharged with honors.
As a civilian, he worked as a security guard but pursuing his dream he entered the police academy, graduating with honors. He then went on to serve in several different levels of law enforcement.
He was a member of the Socios car club and owned a 62 chevy which was tricked out with an eye popping paint job and the latest in hydraulics.
He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
He will be interred at the Military Cemetery located in Dixon, ca.
