Charles Raye Bird's Obituary
Charles Raye Chandler was born to the union of Charles M. Chandler and Vivian Raye Chandler on December 18, 1938. She was raised partly in San Antonio, Texas and partly in Midland, Tx. She was a proud Texan.
Charles Raye (Charlie) was a proud mother of five boys/men, a military wife that traveled the world; a jeweler and eventually A buyer for the Los Rios School District.
Charles Raye was preceded in death by her two ex-husbands, Floyd Francis and Joseph Bird; her father and Mother and her second child Terrance K. Francis.
She leaves to cherish her memory her loving and devoted sons, Kavin, Roland (Wife Candace),
Gregory and Carlton. She is also survived by her brother Byron and Many nephews, nieces and many cousins. Grandchildren; Jason Francis, Gina Francis, Carlton L. Bird, Jr,,Manole Bird, Maurice Martin Bird, Eliy Charles Bird and Shalynn Slade; Great grandchildren, Tyce & Rylee Francis, Amari Long and Layla Bird.
