Carolyn Kay Pitts' Obituary
Ms. Carolyn Kay (Brewer) Pitts was born on February 18, 1962 to the proud parents Robert E. Brewer Sr. and Beatrice C. Brewer. She graduated from Norte Del Rio High School in 1980. She then gave birth to Marcel Leneil Hatch, William Pitts and her only daughter Shavonda K. Pitts.Carolyn loved to cook and have family gatherings. She always dressed to impress. She was a social butterfly that loved to smile, dance and have a good time. She was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Bingo, Monday Night Football Pools and an active daughter of the Elks Lodge Pearl Bascomb Temple for many years.She was preceded in death by her father and mother Robert and Beatrice Brewer, Uncle Billy Brewer and her eldest son Marcel Hatch.She leaves to mourn: children Shavonda, Lindsey and William Pitts. Six grandchildren Deshawnte, LaMerre, Janylah, Mikaila, Prestson and unborn Nimani. Seven sisters Regina, Denise, Pauline, Brenda, Shirley Ann, Celestine and Lisa. Eight brothers Ricky, Joseph Sr. Robert Jr. Steven Sr., Lance, David, Brian and a host of family and friends.Carolyn was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She will be dearly missed, but not forgotten.Vistatation is scheduled for Monday, October 15, 2012, from 4-8P.M. at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes, 4701 Marysville Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95838. Services are Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at 10:00A.M. at Jubilare Evangelistic Ministries, 1513 Sports Drive, Sacramento, CA .
