Carlos Rios Passed away December 14, 2015. He has gone to Heaven to be with his parents Salvador and Eloisa Rios. He is survived by his loving wife, Margarita Sanchez. He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Maria Rios, Yolanda Rios, Josephine Rios, Herlinda Rios, Jose Rios and Carlos Rios, Jr. his grandchildren, Mercedes, Manuel, Alycia, Thomas III, Darren, Dallas, J, Jordan, Mariah, Leticia and Avianna. He is also survived by siblings, Beatrice Rios, Estella Rios, Rosa Rios, Josephina Rios, Elena Rios, Concepion Rios, Eloisa Rios, Delores Rios, Lorena Rios,
Saul Rios, Raul Rios, Roberto Rios, Eliseo Rios and Rigberto Rios. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
