Caesey Ann Powell was born in Sacramento, California on July 11, 2001. She passed away in Citrus Heights, California on September 6th, 2021 at the age of 20. Family and friends will gather on Monday, October 11th 1:00 pm at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes in Sacramento to celebrate Caesey's life. She will be missed by all who knew her.
