Bradley Wayne Blair was born in San Francisco, California on March 26, 1958 to Etta and Billie Blair. He passed away on September 9, 2023 in Antelope, California. Mr. Blair leaves behind his children Luke, Kasey and Jacob, other family members and friends, all of whom will miss him very much. A memorial service will be held in his honor on Friday, September 29, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes in Sacramento.
