Boris Lipsky was born on April 12, 1928 in Kyiv Ukraine. Boris passed away on August 21, 2021 in Sacramento California. He is survived by his wife Mira Lipskaya and his daughter Yelena Lipskaya as will as many other friends and family. A graveside ceremony will be held on Friday August 27, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park at 4701 Marysville Blvd. Sacramento CA 95838.
