He loved to lay brick, tile bathrooms and kitchens, build picnic tables, homemade clocks, wall plaques, picture frames, and he did a major portion of the construction and building of his home in Foresthill, California. Bob also loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting, landscaping, planting his garden every year, attending to his fruit and walnut trees. Camping was the joy of his life. He had many camping trips with friends and family alike. Bob also enjoyed traveling. He and Jackie had traveled all of the United States and Canada in their motor home, along with traveling to Arkansas every year in May and then again in September. He never flew, he always drove the 4000 mile round trip.
Bob loved and was loved by many.. Family and friends were his biggest joy. He will be greatly missed by all. He has joined his wife, Jackie and his two sons in heaven and oh what a happy reunion they are having. Our family chain is broken, but one by one it will link again.
