Billy Peter Range's Obituary
Billy Peter Range was born on July 3rd, 1940 in Elizabethton, Tennessee to Leslie and Wilma Range. He passed away in Sacramento, California on December 4th, 2016 with his family at his side. Mr. Range proudly served his country in the Air Force for 14 years, 9 months, 23 days. In his leisure time he loved camping, fishing, road trips, travelling, and being with his family. He leaves behind his beloved partner of 30+ years, Lucille Winter, and many, many dear relatives and friends who will miss him very much.
Viewing will be at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes on Tuesday, December 13th from 9 am to 1 pm. Funeral Service will also be on December 13th at 1 pm.
