Betty was a graduate of San Juan High School and one of the longest residing residents of Citrus Heights. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service to celebrate her life on December 6, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Ascension Lutheran Church, 7607 Garden Gate Drive, Citrus Heights 95621.
