Passed away at Kaiser Roseville/Eureka with family on June 25, due to complications from pneumonia. Betty was born on February 19, 1935 in Kankakee, Illinois. Longtime resident for 60 years of Sacramento, CA. Preceded in death by loving husband of 42 years, Marvin Call. Survived by sons Gregory Call, Terry Call and Allen Call, daughter-in-laws Kelly Call, Monika Call, and Pamela Call, 4 granddaughters Michelle Sandoval, Nicole Light, Erika Carlson and Cristina Call and brother Donald Smith sister-in-law Barbara Smith and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Betty was a homemaker who raised three boys that she loved dearly. She loved to play Bingo with her friends, was an avid old movie buff, could always find her at a slot machine when in Reno, and enjoyed spending time with her family. Viewing on July 9th from 4 to 8 pm at Sunset Lawn Chapel of Chimes, Marysville Blvd, Celebration of Life beginning at 11 a.m. on July 10 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church 1717 El Monte Ave Sacramento, CA 95815, reception following at her favorite restaurant 524 Restaurant, 3830 Northgate Blvd Sacramento, CA 95834.
