Bessie Norella Orr was born in Oklahoma on April 26th, 1930 to parents Warren and Nora Padgett. She passed away in Lincoln, California on February 13th, 2022. Family and friends will miss her very much. At Mrs. Orr's request, no funeral service will be held. Burial services at Sunset Lawn Memorial Park will be private.
