WIESER, Bernard “Butch” Joseph
Recently passed away at the age of 73. He was born on March 18, 1941 in Spalding, Nebraska. Bernard spent the majority of his life as a resident of Sacramento, California. He graduated from Bishop Armstrong High School in 1960. He served in the United States Army from 1963 to 1965. Later he became an accomplished Cosmetologist and took pride in being an owner of Erika’s Beauty Salon for 10 years. Butch retired from the Department of Housing and Community Development after 21+ years with the state. He is preceded in death by his parents Guy and Johanna, his brothers Donald, Thomas and Michael, his sisters Bernadine, Delores, Mary and Roberta. Butch is survived by his sisters Shirley, Bertha and Joan, his daughters Erika and Tanya, and by his partner David. He leaves behind nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many dear friends. He will be laid to rest at the: Sacramento Valley National Cemetery at 5810 Midway road, Dixon, CA on June 17, 2014 at 10:30 AM. “The greatest gift you can give someone is your TIME. Because when you give your time, you are giving a portion of your life that you will never get back.” Thank you for the time that you shared with all of us!
