TACKETT, BENNY E., entered into rest unexpectedly Sunday, April 23, 2006 at the age of 60. He was a native and current resident of Sacramento born on a Friday, December 14, 1945. Beloved husband of Cindy Tackett for 40 years. Devoted father of Mark and Jason Tackett. Loving brother of Larry (Ellen) Tackett andVernon (Kay) Tackett. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, sister-in-laws and dear friends. He is preceded in death by both parents Vero and Ruby Tackett, a brother Neil Tackett and both in-laws Archie and Shirley Collett. Ben was a man who never met a stranger and always left a smile on your face, he had a wonderful sense of humor and he will be missed by everyone who knew him. He was a loyal and devoted husband, father, brother and friend. The family invites you to attend a visitation 4:00 to 8:00pm Wednesday, April 26, 2006 and a funeral service 11:00am Thursday, April 27, 2006 at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes 4701 Marysville Blvd. Sacto., CA 922-5833.
